"I got a shoei rf1200 it had to be shipped from another store. Well the visor whistled when in the up position. So I returned it that's when I found out, I was missing the lock pin shield. Anyway, so I got a icon airmada instead. Now they didn't find the original box. So they gave me one from another helmet. I know I'm missing the manual and cant help but wonder what else I'm missing. Not a big deal, but when I pay for a new helmet I want a NEW one in a box not a display model that had how many heads in that thing? "

Which is nice because it gave me more time to browse about the store. Being a regular in this store, I enjoy a hearty greeting and know the staff on a first name basis.
